All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property or location at our discretion.

Service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final service scope and pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Free estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultation are preliminary and subject to change upon actual property inspection.

Final pricing will be confirmed via written estimate or service agreement before any work is performed. Prices are based on property size, condition, accessibility, and scope of work required.

We do not require long-term contracts. Services may be scheduled as one-time or recurring visits based on your preference.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods.

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather permitting. We will notify you of any weather-related rescheduling as soon as possible.

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will communicate any changes promptly.

By scheduling service, you grant Nu-Lyfe Property Solutions LLC permission to access your property during the agreed-upon service window.

Please ensure pets are secured indoors and any personal items, vehicles, or obstacles are removed from work areas before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

We maintain general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not marked by the customer, or damage caused by concealed hazards.

Customers must mark or disclose the location of underground sprinkler systems, septic tanks, buried cables, or other hidden features before service begins.

Nu-Lyfe Property Solutions LLC is committed to quality service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and correct any issues at no additional charge, provided the concern is related to the scope of work originally agreed upon.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by weather events, customer interference, or requests for additional services outside the original agreement.

Nu-Lyfe Property Solutions LLC uses SMS messaging for informational and conversational purposes only. Messages are sent to respond to customer inquiries, provide service updates, scheduling confirmations, and customer support related to requested services.

The messaging program consists of informational and conversational messages only, including responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling, service updates, and customer support.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
